I recovered it from New Romney and took it straight to Biddenden. I explained that we needed to have the trailer back on the road ASAP. Michala spoke with William as the current bookings are 22nd July onwards. In just under 90 minutes I was re loading the trailer onto the lorry and on my way back to the yard with a repaired trailer. Outstanding service.

So today I am the proud new owner of an HB511 !!! Now 11 years ago I bought a trailer from John Page Trailers, I am happy to have bought another today, for many reasons, firstly I have a NEW trailer, did I mention that! and secondly it is an 80 mile round trip for me to get to John Page Trailers and home again, there are other dealers closer to me, but the reason I buy and get my trailer serviced …there is as follows, I trust them, I am buying an excellent trailer from a reputable dealer, other dealers won’t have as many in stock, they want to make you wait for your trailer, which every horse owner knows is ‘infuriating’. You won’t find more down to earth, friendly staff, who happily accept you are a bonkers horsewoman and still treat you like your not NUTS! It is refreshing these days to make a large purchase with such ease, and drive away knowing you have had a nice friendly informative shopping experience, I seriously cannot recommend them highly enough, and if you are in any doubt which dealer to use, you will be very pleasantly surprised if you use John Page Trailers.
