C00141 – U BOLT M12 x 120mm long used with single leaf springs

C00141 – U BOLT M12 x 120mm long used with single leaf parabolic springs (C90003).

Four per axle are used to hold the axle to the spring, used with F1056ZC flanged M12 nyloc nuts, 8 per axle of these are used. See F1056ZCPK2 it is recommended that these nuts are checked and tightened every 1000 miles or 2 months, and set to 140NM. (Socket size 18mm)

Parabolic springs have been fitted since 1994. Single leaf springs are fitted to trailers up to 2700kg like, but not limited to, GD4 & 5 series, LT5 & 6 series, LM5, GH64, GH94 & GH94BT, BV4, & 5 series, GX4 & 5 series, Q5, 6, 7 & 8 series, P6b, 7b, 8b series, TT85, TT2515, P6G, P8G, TA5, HB401, HB505, HB510, HB403, HB506, HB511, CT115, CT136, CT136HD, Eurolight series.
